Refunds and Returns

Your satisfaction is our top priority at Brezinoxa. If a product does not meet your expectations or arrives damaged, we want to make the return process as easy as possible for you.

Return Period

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receiving your order. The period begins on the day you or a person designated by you takes possession of the goods.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unused, undamaged, and preferably returned in their original packaging. Personalized, used, or hygiene-sealed products (e.g. care items after opening) are excluded from the right of return.

Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@brezinoxa.com with your order number, the product in question, and the reason for the return. We will then send you all further information regarding the process. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item is defective.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will refund you via your original payment method. Processing time can take up to 5 business days from receipt of the return. You will be informed by email about the status.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. In such cases, we will of course cover the return shipping costs or send you a replacement free of charge.

Non-Acceptable Returns

Items returned outside the return period, without prior consultation, or in a non-returnable condition (e.g. clearly used) cannot be refunded. In such cases, we can return the product to you upon request.
