Shipping conditions

At Brezinoxa, we place great value on reliable and transparent delivery of your order. Here you will find all important information about our shipping processes, delivery times, and costs.

Shipping Area

We deliver within Germany as well as to selected European countries. Delivery to parcel stations is also possible. If you wish delivery outside Europe, please contact us in advance at info@brezinoxa.com.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been received by us, it is usually processed within 1–3 business days. The subsequent delivery time is approximately:

Germany: approx. 2–5 business days

EU abroad: approx. 4–9 business days

Please note that delays may occur during periods of high order volume or due to external shipping service providers. We will inform you by email in case of exceptional delays.

Shipping Costs

Within Germany, shipping is free of charge for orders over €50. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of €4.90 applies.

For deliveries to European countries, we charge a flat rate of €9.90, regardless of the order value.

Tracking

After dispatch, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can check the status of your delivery online at any time.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package cannot be delivered (e.g. incorrect address or non-collection), it will be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment. Reshipping costs may be charged.

Transport Damage

Please check the goods immediately upon receipt. If you notice any obvious transport damage, please document it with photos if possible and contact us immediately at info@brezinoxa.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
